Decorah Ace Stores will send an email response when the order is ready for pickup. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed in the order they were received on the next business day.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for standard stock at any time prior to pick-up or delivery. Non-stock orders, custom or special orders must be paid for in advance. Some custom or special orders may be non-cancelable, depending on the circumstance, please inquire at the time of payment. Non-stock, custom or special orders may incur restocking fees of 25%, depending on source.
Returns
You can return your standard stocking purchase up to 30 business from the date of invoice. Proof of purchase from Decorah Ace Stores is required for all returns. Final Sale Products such as clearance items, used equipment, and most custom or special-order products cannot be returned. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was received, except that all cash purchases will be made via corporate check to the customer and address listed on the original invoice. If returned merchandize requires testing or verification of operation, then credit may be delayed until complete.
When returning a product please do the following:
· Include a copy of the original invoice.
· For house accounts, a note with the original invoice number, purchase date, and produce item code, may be sufficient.
· Items must be unused and in new condition.
Delivery/Shipping Policy
Decorah Ace Stores can deliver to local jobsites. UPS delivery is also available for shipping. Please contact us prior to placing your online order for more information about delivery/shipping availability.
Shipping/Delivery Errors, Missing Items, Damages due to Shipping/Delivery
If you receive an order that arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact Decorah Ace Stores immediately upon receiving the delivery. Claims must be made within two business days.

Decorah Ace Stores accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express credit cards for online orders.
House Accounts with Decorah Ace Stores can place orders on their house account.
